RAX200 Readyshare Issue

I used to be able to access the Readyshare network after configuring two hard drives.  However, now I cannot.  I upgraded to the latest firmware and still cannot.  I tried to a thumbdrive to insure it wasn't the HDDs and had the same issue. 

 

However, I can access the drives via the HTTP link and am able to navigate the HDDs from a web browser. 

 

The lack of connectivity is from multiple devices - Win10 PC, MacBook, etc.

    Hi Ifryejr, 

     

    May you let me know what firmware version your router is currently on? You may try performing a factory reset and running through the setup assistant again. Let me know if your issue persists.
