RAX200 Router not found with Nighthawk Android app after V1.0.2.88_1.0.50 update.

Updated the nighthawk android app and routers firmware to V1.0.2.88_1.0.50 and im getting router not found messege help.

Go off wi-fi then open nighthawk app. As the app loads at the bottom click on the purple banner connect remotely or to that affect.

Turned off wifi and tried connecting remotely through 5g network and it still says no devices detected.
