RAX200 Slow Wifi and LAN download and upload rates

I thought I would share this information for users suffering these issues.  My RAX200 was performing well for little less than a week and then all streaming devices in my home stopped functioning.  They are all connected on the LAN.  My Wifi devices also slowed down.  I spent a few hours with support to try to remedy this.  We performed reboot, downgrade firmware, modem reboot also but nothing worked.  I could not spend more time on this and returned to using my R9000 router.

As I was performing a factory reset in order to return the router, I noticed on my Windows desktop the ethernet properties Link Speed (Receive/Transmit) was 100kb.  Maybe a clue?

Unfortunately, as much as I wanted this router to work, I could not dedicate more time to a fix and returned it.
