RAX200 Spotify or Chromecast not working

I bought Rax 200- router may 2020, connected it to my modem (wifi off after that). After that spotify and cromecast stopped working.

 

I have used Spotify connect with android- phones and iPhones with my Denon AVR 4400h and Revo Superconnect (both now connected with wifi). Now phones can't find Denon and Revo. Either Apple's Airplay isn't possible.

 

I have 2 chromecast- devices. Other one works in wifi normally. The one not working is Chromecast Ultra connected to my Denon. Connected it to a guestnetwork which had helped in some cases but not for me.

 

Any suggestions what to do, I guess you can't contact Netgear's support?

    Hi ocram, 

     

    I would recommend going through the setup assistant again on your Chromecast Ultra or disconnecting it from your Denon to see if that would help. If your issue persists, you may want to reach out to Google chromecast support team.
