1. what actual firmware version are you on?
2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
3. do wired devices have issues or just wireless?
4. is it both bands for 5ghz or just one of them?
5. are you using smart connect?
1. Firmware - V1.0.5.132_1.0.69
2. Modem - ARRIS surfboard SB8200
3. No wired are 100% good
4. Just 1 5g turned off 2nd one
5. No smart connect
