Rax200 not updating! I had it over 5 months. Does nothing but drop wifi 24/7. I reset and it won’t update software. Bull sheet. Ya rip me off. Fin. Brand new from bestbuy and caused $499
What firmware version are you currently on?
what modem is it connected to?
Have you tried manually installing the firmware?
If you do, try installing it manually, then factory reset and reinstall it. don't use a backup.
The RAX devices were released even before the AX spec was finalized and have responded favorably to manual update and then reset/reinstall.
