RAX200/AX12 Antenna Direction
I have just installed my new router in the basement by mounting it to the wall. However, I am wondering if I would get better coverage by putting it flat on a small shelf. Any suggestions if that will make a difference? Just wondering if the antenna "wings" broadcast the signal in a particular pattern or direction.

it shouldn't matter much. It should be omnidirectional so broadcasting in all directions.
If possible,you'd be better off to focus on centrally locating it in the home for coverage because its omnidirectional.
