RAX29 Weird Internet connectivity.
Hey all, so I just purchased a RAX29 AX2400 WiFi 6 router today. Got a pretty good deal as our old router is slowly dieing.
Question is this. I connected the router and set it all up through the app, followed the step by step guides and found that internet would not work. Rebooted, no change. Reset, no change. Unplugged it from my ISP modem and reconnected our old one thinking I just got unlucky with a DOA. But after connecting our old one, I connected the new router to it and it began working properly. Connected back to ISP modem directly and nothing.
Has anyone else ran into an issue like this? Plan on contacting ISP tomorrow to see if possibly the modem does not support WiFi 6 routers.

Thanks!What is the brand name and model number of the ISP modem? Please look on the nameplate.
Is there a chance it is a combination modem/router device?
What is the firmware version number installed on your RAX29? "The latest" is not a version number.
