That's a server problem, not router. 403 is a permission issue somewhere in your htdocs or configuration. The server is reachable over the net, just reports a 403
That is what I thought though I have not found the issue.
The question is why did it work with the previous LINKSYS router? That only thing that changed was the router.
Additional information
The router is sending its internal, self-signed, SSL certificate instead of the web site certificate.- Have you tried placing the IP of the server in the DMZ on the router?
