I don't have qos on, and even with logs off, it still causes disconnects.
The original modem was a Spectrum brand EU2251 DOCSIS 3.1
The "new" is an Arris TM1602A.

It isn't QoS that I referred to, but logging those events.

 And when the dos log is turned off so it doesn't report it, the disconnect still happens.
