What is the modem/gateway/ONT that feeds the RAX30?
Sadly, "fibre" is meaningless. ISPs love to throw the f-word around. Every Internet service has fibre somewhere in it.
When I plug in my old Huawei router it works, I can access the rax30 with my computer just no internet.
Only you know what that Huawei router is, so we can't diagnose how it may differ from your RAX30.
