RAX35 cant log into router

For the last 7 days i am unable to log into router to change settings. I tired going through IP address and also the cell phone app. I have wireless and wired connection working with no problems. How...

do you run into any errors? Internal Error 500 error page perhaps? If so, you're most likely going to need to revert back to the previous firmware version.

    i downgraded the firmware...turned of AX and everyday the netgear router drops connection...i am unable to join new devices nor can i log in...have to perform a default reset and start over..
