RAX35 Issues After Resetting: Won't connect to modem, cannot login to routerlogin.net
Power-cycled the router. Then, on reboot, there is a solid red power light for 10 seconds, followed by a blinking red power light for ~1 minuted, eventually followed by solid green power and ethernet...

Seems you need to factory reset it. Its config may have gotten corrupt. At the back, there's a Reset button. Press it for 5-7 seconds and release. If you're able to connect, configure from scratch (don't load a backup config file as this defeats the purpose of a factory reset and can introduce the same issue again.)

I have two of these and neither will connect to the internet now... they both died within days of each other. The first unit on Cox worked for years, the second unit (refurbished) on WestCoast failed in 2 weeks.
Factory reset does nothing.
Rebooting the entire network does nothing.
Both RAX35 units are just dead and zero support.
To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.

My issue ended up being firmware-level, so I had to factory reset using special instructions found elsewhere to fix the issue. I had to re-upload the firmware to the router. If you look up NETGEAR Router Red Light of Death or similar you should find the fix. The issue arose when the router was suddenly unplugged while connected to the network.

Search provided a lot of thread posts. Do you have a link for this NETGEAR Router Red Light of Death?
How did you get your router back up (if you remember).
