RAX35 missing RTP

I was setting up my new RAX 35 router today, and noticed that the Time Zone Settings (listed on ppg. 66, 67) are missing from current firmware settings (1.0.3.62_1.0.1) .  Out of the seven Netgear routers I have purchsed (including this one) this is the first one that doesn't have it.
I'm concerned that this feature is missing from the router especially when it is in the router documentation.
