The nighthawk app it doesn’t let me update the firmware it keeps failing I retry but it still fails don’t know what to do

I'd highly recommend manually updating over a hardwired connection versus using the app.
when we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be those who've updated via the app or over wireless.
