RAX35

I am trying to connect a Skylight Frame to the internet and it won't connect.

What Ould be stopping this from connecting. Could it be a firewall problem?

    Something to contact the Mfr of the Skyframe device about regarding there product.

    In case your RAX35 is configured for an SSID operating on WPA3-Personal (WPA3-SAE) - what is perfectly working with decent mobile phones and computers - most toys only supporting WPA2-Personal.

     

    Another options is that your router can be configured with access control enabled  (ADVANCED > Security > Access Control) and you need to add the new toy wireless MAC address to the list.
