RAX38-100NAS

No WIFI “radio”. All LEDs “normal”. WIFI not recognized on any peripheral Devices. No Internet “pass-through” to ports. Seem like a “paper weight”, now.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

 

How is the wifi settings configured? 

 

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

    Couldn’t access the unit via direct cable or Internet.
    Spectrum UBEE DVW32CB Cable Modem
    Automatic Setup
    Repeatedly Reset Factory Settings
    Failure observed at two physically different locations.
    Adjacent WIFI (a NETGEAR “G” WGR614v9) Continued working.
