rax38 ax3000

I got the rax38 from sams club and every since setting it up been having issues

sometimes the wifi networks won’t appear and i have to reset the power to it

and whenever i plug in a ethernet in it shuts off the wifi and I login to the admin it shows wifi active and I have to reset it
It has the newest firmware
Never had issue with my old netgear and I can’t return this
