I connected a wifi router at my friend's apartment, he has a different internet provider. This router works fine at his place. What does that mean? How can I fix it?

My ISP specialists came to my place and fixed the error. I didn't find out the cause, but they worked for a long time, then they pulled the CAT5E cable and my router worked. Thank you very much, FURRYe38!

Glad they got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
