New set up yesterday with 2 case numbers finally got it working. Had to reset router/modem again this morning. Can that happen if we lose signal to modem? Had to re enter my security questions for the umteenth time. Should I send it back?

    If you're still experiencing issue(s) I would recommend trying to get in contact with support again and have them follow up on your cases.
