Hi all
I had almost all the issues mentioned in this post when I upgraded to 1.0.3.80 so not repeating those. I raised an issue with the support and after 2 to 3 weeks to and fro communication with them, they decided to replace my router.
I was aware of the 1.0.3.80 firmware issue from these channels but I decided to give this replacement a try. The device was out of stock for more than a month and got the replacement on 2020-09-09.
Upgraded the replacement router to 1.0.3.80 firmware and Its been 4 days now and I can say that I am not facing any issues with it. Not even one time I had restarted the router and there is no siggnal drop or router been going to a hung state.
I will update if any issues in future, but now I am beleving that the there was a hardware issue.
Any one else in the community tried with the replacement? I think all should try to get a replacement if possible.
Thanks

Yeah so probably a hardware component changed. And the firmware development teams are developping on the new hardware. That is why they can not fix it. They can not reproduce it on their devices.

I have a RAX35 with 1.0.3.80 firmware and my router just completely froze on me again requiring a power cycle. Only one device was browsing the internet so the internet load was very low. The router information page says its hardware version R1.05. The router is less than a year old and still under hardware warranty but out of technical support. Should I try to RMA the device?
