With 10.0.83 and 10.0.64, yes. But I can't find a dowload link to 83 at all. With 64 the router freaks out everytime when my Yeelight smart lightbulbs tried to connect to it.

I've been having the same issue but with multiple routers, are you sure it's not the wifi card in your laptop or its driver? For reference, my laptop is a cheap HP ef1003ca with a realtek RTL8822CE.
