RAX40. nightmare router. Class action. Sue netgear.

HI,

I bought RAX40 router few months ago and always had issues with it. I constantly have to reboot the router multiple times a day or have to reset it.
I see many posts that this router is not working and latest firmware is garbage. I see in many posts that people ended up buying another router after months of time wasted on it.

Anyone know some law or a thing that will help get out money back and stop netgear selling this garbage product. At least future buyers can be saved from this?
I cant believe how can Netgear release firmware that would make router not usable and had us to switch to older firmware. Seems like a marketing trick, so people would have to buy their support, and they advise to roll back the firmware.
