Oh, right... One last detail I missed: LEDs: Once everything synchs up, The Power, Internet, 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and Port 1(only ethernet port in use) lights are all Green. They all continue to show green even once every device has lost the ability to reach the internet.

No I haven't. I bought the router about 8 months ago, and the support page shows that my phone and email support for the router has ended... Since I don't intend to pay for more support, would the support team even talk to me?
