RAX40 v2 DHCP Option

Hello,  I just bought the NightHawk RAX40 v2 routeur in order to replace my provider one. To do that, i need the DHCP option 60 and 61. As precised by the following KB article https://kb.netgear.com...

I guess it is not possible due to architectural evolutions, but does someone know if there is a way to apply the RAX40 v1 firmware to the RAX40 v2 ? (the expected extension file is not the same between the 2 versions...).

    don't try it. 

    the v1 and V2 use different hardware and you'll end up bricking your device if it even lets you "force it"
