RAX41 — Nighthawk AX5 5-Stream AX3600 WiFi Router

I just purchased a RAX41 nighthawk AX5 5-stream AX3600 wifi router. this is the worst POS i have ever owned as it's only giving me 500 - 750 mbps down on my gig plan. pages are always buffering and slow to load i feel like i am back in the AOL days!!! customer support is pretty useless as well as to what's going on as well. i will never buy another netgear product for as long as i live

    Are you wanting help to see if you can optimize it? Or just here to voice your complaint?

    If you feel that strongly about it, you can return it where you bought it. 

    Or again, if you're wanting help, details are key 

    1. what firmware are you on? 

    2. what modem/gateway are you connected to? 

    3. are you using ipv6?

    4. How are you testing speeds? Device? Site? Method of testing?
