RAX43 corrupted password and can not access to change it. Router out of warranty so netgear will not
Have a RAX43 router which had been working fine. Can not access because get Password incorect message. Rebooting did not help. Netgear support will not help since warranty expired. Is there any way to fix this without trying a factory reset? I am using my T-Mobile network as a backup!!

Try entering the PW wrong 3 times to bring up the recovery.
If that fails, then you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
