After many, many tests, incompatibility seems to occur with certain ONT models. Using the latest models of TP-Link ONTs, it has been possible to keep the PPPoE session active and access the Internet normally.
Although we have not been able to detect the exact incidence, we have been able to narrow down the problem in ONTs with more than 2 years of Huawei and Uplink brands, which are the brands that we have been able to test because we have several models that meet these characteristics.

I would reach out to a forum moderator and see if they can help you on this. Seems like something in FW would need to be checked.

Thanks for mentioning them! Last night I was testing with a Switch and doing Port Mirroning between the ONT and the Router and I can confirm that the connection to the operator's intranet is done, since you could see some requests like ping and WHOIS of devices present on the network, however no request is ever made to the PPPOE to authenticate the session and get access to the internet.
