rax43 No connection to telstra modem after firmware update
Nighthawk AX5 AX4200 5-Streem Wifi Router Recent update of Firmware Caused the router to not pick up internet connection from modem. internet light is red. New network cable.
What modem/gateway is it?
What firmware version did you install?
did you try a factory reset and reinstall? Anytime there's issues after a firmware change, its a reasonable option.
Same Issue With A Ñew Version Of The Firmware.
Modem Is A Smart Modem Gen2 Lh100 Red Box (arc)
This is A New Unit.
No Internet Connection Still.
That modem has its own integrated router functions. It does cause a double nat.
options (only use 1)?
1. put the LH1000 in modem only/passthrough mode.
2. put the netgears IP address into the LH1000's DMZ
3. put the netgear in access point mode.
