You don't need an app to set up a router.
Go to http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 with a browser, login and configure whatever you want.
Do note that a few days ago there was a new firmware version update. If your router was set to auto-update its firmware, many people reported that after the update, the router reverts to factory default and you'll have to set up everything from scratch.
Advice? Turn off auto-update. It can even brick your router, not just reset it, which is even worse.

- microchip8Nov 10, 2022MasterYou don't need an internet connection to reach http://192.168.1.1 - that's a private, local IP of the router. Connect a wired PC to the router, let it get an IP from the router, then go to that address
