RAX43 Smart Parental Control
Hey all, needing insight. Anyone here manage to successfully activated the Smart Parental Control on the rax43 ?
When purchasing the web store and product page says it's compatible.
Contacted support after 3 days they say it's not supported.
Latest firmware says, a fix for Smart Parental Control.
Contacted support they said it has always been available.
So I'm not sure who to believe. Had this since May. Tried firmware update, full reset , different internet connection still fail to activate.
Tried isolating the router with nothing attached still failing.
Keep on saying SFC fail act .
I even paid for a month worth of subscription as the trial has ended, which I never used due to it never actually worked.
