What device are you using to try and log in to your Netgear account?
Have you tried to log in directly at my.netgear.com to confirm your username and password?
What web browser are you using to try to log in to the user interface? Have you cleared the cache on that browser? Have you tried a different web browser?

Yes I am able to login to my regular netgear account without issue. I have used both Chrome and Edge in and out of incognito mode. I have cleared cache. I have tried different machines as well.
