RAX43v2 - Web Interface - Something went wrong. Try again
I recently purchases at RAX43v2 when I attempted to set it up via the web interface I keep receiving the following message: NETGEAR Account required. You must login or create a netgear account ...
Please disconnect the router from the ISP modem/ONT then factory reset the router by pressing the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Setup the router using a ethernet connected PC an web browser at 192.168.1.1
Yes I am able to login to my regular netgear account without issue. I have used both Chrome and Edge in and out of incognito mode. I have cleared cache. I have tried different machines as well.
I can definitely confirm that does appear to work but some of the pages do show not found sometimes, is this a known bug? Is there a patch in the works?
