RAX43v2 - Web Interface - Something went wrong. Try again
I recently purchases at RAX43v2 when I attempted to set it up via the web interface I keep receiving the following message:
NETGEAR Account required. You must login or create a netgear account during installation.
When I attempt to login to my netgear account i get the following error message:
Something went wrong. Try again.
I have done a factory reset and still receive the same error.
I was able to download the nighthalk app and connect and set my SSID but I cannot get in via the web interface to setup my advanced settings

What device are you using to try and log in to your Netgear account?
Have you tried to log in directly at my.netgear.com to confirm your username and password?
What web browser are you using to try to log in to the user interface? Have you cleared the cache on that browser? Have you tried a different web browser?
