"It"? A router like this normally has two IP addresses: LAN and
WAN/Internet. "192.168.1.1" would be the usual default LAN IP address.

What, exactly, does "wireless setting" mean to you? Which IP address
is "172.xxx.xxxx"?

That would suggest that you've connected the WAN/Internet port of
that router to the LAN side of some other router (which is already using
the "192.168.1.*" subnet, so that this router can't).
