RAX45 Broadcasting SSID But iOS and Roku won't Connect

I have an RAX45 and have not had much issues until today.  SSID is still broadcasting but cannot get my iOS devices, Roku, Smart TVs, or Chromebook to connect.  Ethernet ports still going strong and my Windows laptop will connect intermittently.  Have factory reset and tried again but same issue.

    What modem/gateway is the router connected to? 

    what firmware version are you on? 

    Did you try changing which wifi channel you're broadcasting on? 

    What are you using for security? WPA2/WPA3?

    Any special characters in the ssid/password? If so, remove them

    You put you factory reset. When you reinstalled, did you do a new install or use a backup? If it was a backup, try resetting again and doing a new install
