Call the support line because it had really short range did all the stuff the tech wanted then the photos from my computer were being copied and password folder popped up then the screen went black an...
It was on the box for Costco customers and was under the plastic so it was good and they must there’s problems with there stuff if they don’t want you to call lol I’m done them

This has come up here before. It is something that Costco does with Netgear, but no one in Netgear support seems to know about it.
The last time it happened, I think it took a Netgear moderator to intervene.

But I am not sure that this is relevant here. The question does not seem to be about trying to sort out a problem so much as having a rant. Not much help we can offer there. Sounds like the wrong buying choice.
