RAX45 firmware V1.0.3.96_2.0.59 bugs
Updated my RAX45 firmware to V1.0.3.96_2.0.59 on 7/25/21.
Encountered three issues.
1. SSL web server is broken, can't navigate to the advanced admin page
using https://routerlogin.net/start.htm.
Had to factory reset to clear the "use https: only" on port 8443
Can only access admin pages via http: (non SSL).
2. Web server certificate expired on 12/29/1979.
3. Can't disable USB media server.
Anyone else seeing this?
Recommendation: disable "https: only" in "Advanced Setup",
"Web Services Management" before updating to V1.0.3.96_2.0.59.

Update: 5G AC mode rendered useless. Link speeds are good but throughput is nil.
Rolled back to last hotfix. Getting 106/11 Mb/s throughput on 5G again.

I believe Netgear jumped the gun on this firmware release!
Yesterday I updated with V1.0.3.96_2.0.59 and experienced my network dropping wired and wireless connections every 10 or 15 minutes after the upgrade. I reset my gateway & router, still experienced problems with drops and reverted back to V1.0.2.82_2.0.50 -- working ok again.
Please don't release beta firmware updates!
I've been having occassional connectivity and network drops with my older router, so I upgraded to the RAX45 hoping to correct, but not happy with performance. I've been using Netgear for many years, but I'm frustrated with Netgear with my last two routers. It will be difficult to purchase/recommend Netgear in the future!
