Firmware is up to date. Both wired and wireless devices have issues and nothing gets a connection. I’m able to log into the router sometimes, because sometimes the routers power and internet leds just turn orange but it’s resolved by me just turning it on and off again and again. When I log in the internet led is usually orange and it just shows that internet is offline.

They aren't connected to wifi, they even show an ethernet connection, or they says something like "connected, no internet" or "unable to resolve ip" I’m able to log into the router sometimes, because sometimes the routers power and internet leds just turn orange----when its orange, are you able to access the modem's interface through the router? but it’s resolved by me just turning it on and off again and again. What actual modem do you have? it might not be that your "fixing" the router but the rebooting is causing the modem to give it a new ip address.
- hanabiiMar 19, 2021AspirantI’m on firmware v1.0.2.82. It’ll show up that the network is online, and I can connect but there’s mot actually any internet. I’m not too sure as to what you mean accessing the modems interface through router. I also don’t know what modem I have, it’s just a very basic one that frontier provided. I also apologize for not having any clue as to what I’m doing because I don’t know anything about routers and wifi related stuff

On the modem there should be a label with a model number on it.
we're trying to determine if the problem is actually the router, if its the modem, or the isp.
If you're able to access the router, that's telling us the connection to the router is good. Then you try to access the modem/gateway when you're having issues. The model number should give us enough info to at least figure out how to access the modem.
- hanabiiMar 19, 2021AspirantThe model number is HLA3105 and its a ZyXEL HLA3000 series modem
