RAX45 My husbands Dell Windows 10 can only see a hidden network and cannot connect to our router
My husband's Dell with Windows 10 will not connect to the new nighthawk router. It will recognize a hidden network but even when we manually put in the SSID and password, it wont recgonize it.
Is there a setting on the router that is preventing him from connecting? All of our Mac products and ROKU streaming sticks have connected.
I have checked and it says that the SSID is being broadcasted.

Windows (or the notebook maker) is notorious for not updateng e.g. the Intel WiFi drivers where many older builds not see or connect to Windows 10 systems. Ensure you get the current drivers for your Intel Wireless client e.g. from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant
