RAX45 ReadySHARE not working

Hey guys,

Wondering if I could get some help. I have a USB drive loaded with documents, music, and videos I attached to my RAX45 and enabled ReadyShare. Status is ready Share Name is \\BLISS\stuff but when I try to map a drive I get network error. When I try to map the ipaddress same network error. How do set this up so I can access my files through windows explorer? Running Windows 10 with the latest patches fixes etc...
