Tried both 1.0.2.28 and 1.0.2.66(latest update) but still didn't work. Same log found

I did but they just ask me to call for tech support. it is still no clue about the issue
As a long-team Netgear customer I reallly frustrate about the current tech support. I will look for different router brand to replace it.
