RAX45 won't remain connected to Firestick TV

RAX45 internet connection light blinks; firestick TV won't connect. Anyone know how to fix it?

    What firmware version are you on?

    What modem/gateway is the rax connected to? 

    Is this a new purchase? the firestick or the rax?

    Are you connecting to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?
