What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure to power OFF the isp modem and RAX router for 1 minute, then back ON with the modem then RAX router.
As I said in my intro I can not get at my modem, it is in a locked box on the outside of my house. my ISP said I should not need to cycle it.
