RAX48 Access Control Blocking without Authorization

I have enabled access control, but due to problems with some legitimate existing devices getting blocked, I changed the Access Rule to "Allow all new devices to connect." Despite this, my VoIP adapter unknown to me got blocked and voice calling was inop. Two questions:

1. Are blocking events logged and can I set an alert to get notified when this happens?

2. Is there a solution to this problem besides turning off Access Control?

    Try the logs settings.

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Check the sections in the manual

View and manage logs of router activity.

Set up security event email notifications

    You might get some clues.
