Rax48 AX5200 Router doesn't recognize default user/password after reset. PW recovery doesn't work
I factory reset.
Tried default userid/pw, not recognized
Tried PW recovery and my correct answers to the 2 questions are not recognized.

If you have been successful with a firmware (factory) default reset, there are two things you are dealing with.
To connect to the Wi-Fi, the default SSID and password are printed on the label on the back of the router.
To access the user interface, the default username (not changeable) is admin and the password is password. This will lead you in to the setup script.

When you reset the router, any answers to the questions are irrelevant. You have wiped them out. As Kitsap says, you are back to the default settings. If they don't work, then something else may be happening.
