RAX49 Ethernet Ports capped at 100 Mbps

I have the same problem with AX5300 (RAX49). I was trying to find answers online as well. The ethernet ports definitely are much slower. I used a router from Spectrum and it was giving me 600mbps with ethernet cable to my desktop. Connecting directly to the modem was giving me over 900mbps. When I had ATT, I was getting 900mbps. It was first giving me a little over 100 Mbps when I first plugged it in. Now, it's reaching close to 500mbps but not what I want to see. Definitely not an issue with my computer settings. There must be a setting or configuration preventing me from getting the most speed I can from my modem. If I can't figure it out soon, I am returning it.

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Try a different PC with 1000Gb ethernet acapter to compare results
