RAX5 User Manual can't be downloaded.

I continually get a 403 error: 

 

The request could not be satisfied.

Bad request. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

Is there any way to get the documentation at all for the RAX5? 

 

All of the other documents have no problems. I've tried several times over several days, and no joy. 

  • OK, I guess it is just a problem with duckduckgo browser. Edge worked.

  • Works fine here, just downloaded without issue using the Firefox web browser on  a Windows 11 desktop computer.

     

    A couple of suggestions, try a different web browser, clear the cache on the browser you are using, or use a different domain name server (DNS).
