RAX50 AX5400 Dropping Clients - Message that Access Point is temporarily full

Another couple of questions - do you use Smart Parental Control(SPC)?
Are you controlling/changing the router through the Nighthawk App?
I saw another post the other day where someone accidentally hit the "pause" button in the SPC tab on the Nighthawk app, and even though they had it disabled, the same message came up.
Just something to look at.
I do use the SPC but the devices that are giving issues are either in the always on group or the home group and they have no limits. We are down to 2 devices in the controlled group and they aren't having any issues. I have the time limits set for each child and rarely ever deviate with manual "pause" commands. Of course some devices are used in near constant fashion searching and browsing and gaming.
The more I investigate the more I believe there is a sort of interference that is the root cause, but the odd thing is nothing has changed within the setup in years. The router is in my office and up high on bookcase, the living room tv hasn't moved, the learning thermostats and doorbell camera are all in the same place but suddenly lack consistent communication.
I control the settings in both the nighthawk app and with a direct connection (192.168.1.1).
I went back through everything yesterday afternoon and took SmartConnect off and logged everything individually and so far that has helped with some stability.
Is there a setting that would allow an automatic reboot in the overnight hours to help clear the cache regularly, or it that even necessary?
