The RAX already has a firewall built in.

Was told that that I was going to be referred to a technician that would clean up my system and that I need to protect my IP address with SonicWall firewall which I agreed to purchase. It was sold by Geeks on Line entity. When I went on line to investigate SonicWall I noted that it looked like they sell a device that went in line with system not something that was installed. My question is is Geeks on Line an entity that is associated with NetGear and is SonicWall a firewall that works with Netgear router AX5400? Question is was I scammed?

Don't they all?
Another sign that this was a scam.

Looking at the "Geeks on Line" site, if that is what we are talking about, I can't see that it makes any great claims for a Netgear connection.
So I don't know if that is right and how Ericwig got there.
If it is passing off in any way, then it could be something that ChristineT might like to pass on to the lawyers.
